Brand: Aptamil
Aptamil Anti-Reflux is a food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of frequent reflux and regurgitation. It is a nutritionally complete thickened formula suitable from birth and as part of a weaning diet from 6 months.
Aptamil Anti-Reflux is specially formulated with carob bean gum, which has been shown to reduce regurgitation by 78%1. It has been found to give greater viscosity upon contact with stomach acid compared to starch-based feeds2, help normalise oesophageal pH3, and significantly reduce reflux episodes and regurgitation severity scores1. Aptamil Anti-Reflux has added LCPs for normal brain, eye and nervous system development and nucleotides which can support growth of the infant.
